However, during night shifts, which not only tell jokes or take the odd beer, they also develop discussions which can be as interesting as the officers of the morning. There I found a question that caught my attention enough. I threw a big question. I talked about ideology, labor union work accompanied by training of the working class and hence of citizenship. Unfortunately, I got the answer that seemed right. There some of the fellows spoke from positions that I can not understand, of pure defense agreements, the absence of theoretical approaches, there was talk of ideological formation, but there we were all receiving doses of economy, labor rights and approaches for a fairer Europe.
